Consumed June 28th, 2012 at the brewery. Reviewed from notes. Described as an "Anglo-Belgian" pale ale on the menu.
Orange-yellow beer with a fine white foamy head a finger high.
Minty, herbal aroma.
Flavor, like aroma, is also a little minty and herbal up front, followed by sweetness and clove and banana notes. Floral as well, with a touch of bubblegum. A significant wash of bitterness on the finish.
A little more than medium bodied. Agreeably dry on the finish.
This one's a winner, guys! You ought to brew it again.
Serving type: on-tap
