Dark gold in appearance. Smell is that of hops, right in the nose. Taste is very much that of a good American Pale Ale. Mouthfeel is very nice and this brew leaves the tongue the way a pale ale should. Overall this is a well brewed beer. Liberty Steakhouse should be proud, lets start to bottle this stuff. Went real well with the wings. Well worth the trip to SC.

Pours a deep copper color. I have never poured from a growler before so I did not manage much of a head on the 3 glass I poured. Anywho...
This is a strange beer. I would like to know the ingredients because it seems like it is something other than a pale ale. It is very sweet in the nose, muddles through the middle, but has a very pronounced chewy hop finish. It does not have the bite of a full-blown IPA, but seems more like a watered down IPA than a pale ale. Overall this beer lacks balance and struggles to decided what exactly it is. Sierra Nevada it isn't.

A - Pours one finger of white head that has good retention and leaves generous lacing. It is dark amber in appearance.
S - A citrus, and a slight floral hop aroma.
M - A light-medium bodied beer with a smooth creamy like feel to it. Moderate carbonation.
T - A slight sweeter caramel malt followed by citrus and a light flowery hops with mild bitterness. A nice balance.
A very nice pale ale that has a great drinkability, could easily put these back all night. A great beer to try if you ever visit the brewery.
