I just stumbled across this beer while in Australia. Looked interesting so I thought I would give it a try. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. It has a spectacular deep, copper color and kept a decent head on it. It has a caramel like smell to it and the taste is very much what you would expect based on its aroma. This is a good beer - certainly above average. I am glad I stumbled on it... (393 characters)

Pretty dece. Poured at a good temperature with a nice, thick, foamy, long lasting, cream-colored head, and lots of lace. Color is a lovely, clear, red amber with some tiny bubbles. Nose is malt, fruit, hint of roast. Flavor's like nose, fruit comes out a lot more along with caramel and toffee. Body/carbonation are good. Finish is like flavor, no odd quals. quite drinkable. Nicely done. Definitely best of the bottles I've had. (429 characters)

From bottle, Pours amber with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, nuts. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, nuts, light grass. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. (175 characters)

At their Melbourne brew pub and again in bottle.

A best looking in their line up. thick, foamy, long lasting, cream-colored head, and lots of lace. Clear red amber with tiny bubbles.
