Small bottle of 250 ml at home, poured into a snifter.
Very nice dark mahogany colour with a thin line of beige head that disappears fast too.
Aroma is malty with dark fruits and some light chocolate.
Very sweet on the taste, with a hint of alcohol, although ABV is only 5,4%. A bit tart too, with a short finish of light bitterness.
Full on the body with average carbonation.
Overall quite nice beer.

Rerate, 250 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Basically the same impression as the first time, but this is a very drinkable beer, which in the cute nip bottle may serve as a first introduction to darker beers for the average pale lager drinker. Not very sweet. The experienced beer enthusiast will look for more challenging beers.
Original rating: 330 ml can, kindly shared by my beerpal Jan Magnus. ABV is 5.4%. Dark ruby colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of malts, caramel and butterscotch. Thin mouthfeel. The flavour has very moderate notes of malts and caramel, low bitterness.

Cerveza de cuerpo medio y baja carbonatación. Aroma tostado y maltoso. En boca es rica, destacando el tostado pero también con la aparición de chocolate.

500ml keg from Cerveceria Canarias, Barcelona (€4.60):
Quite a basic dark beer that wasn't quite as strong or as pronounced as I'd been expected with the majority of the taste coming through the roasted malts & faint caramel that featured throughout. There was no sign of any bitterness or hops to the beer which sadly made it seem quite bland & basic but the light sweetness off the back of the caramel was at least somewhat enjoyable. It's definitely not a beer to go hunting for but it's always nice to check another beer off the 1001 list even if it's not a great one.

From Carrefour. Can. In Ikea's pint glass. Playing Electronic Super Joy. Sweet roasted malts with a strong grassy finish and a smooth body. Much better than expected. Misleading name as it isnt a bock but a dunkel. Avg 4.04
10 Feb 2018. Bottle 33cl. In Teku glass
At lunch, with fideos soup + nuggers. A bit more watery than I rememebered but pleasant and smooth still. Avg 3.87.
16 Agosto 2021. En copa Teku. Nueva etiqueta. De Carrefour. Botella. Avg 3.
