While this isn't really my favorite type of brew, it wasn't that bad. I wish that I had some food or cheese to pair with it, as they suggested, but I was full of E. Indian food already.
It is pale yellow, somewhat hazy, true to the style.
It was fairly well carbonated and left a tight white head and lacing.
I got a yeasty aroma with a hint of citrus. Not much.
Taste was clean and a bit sour. This is practically a saisson, but it lacks the really bold spicy and citrusy notes of that style.
Mouthfeel was good.

An elegant 750Ml bottle with just a star on the label. Very interesting. Lets hope it lives up to the elegance of its presentation

It pours a medium apricot colour with a nice fluffy white head that quickly dissipates. It is quite hazy and there is lots of carbonation rising up to the top.

The aroma is very citrusy. Mandarin orange and a slight hint of yeast.

The taste is quite light. Malted wheat and citrus dominate. The carbonation dances on the tongue, but might be a bit too intense for the subtle flavours.

Overall, this is a light refreshing beer. It might be nice during the summer. The flavours aren't especially interesting though. I think it tries to have snob appeal with the bottle, but I was a little underwhelmed.

Nice bottle, nice creamy head on the pour, golden colour - all the good stuff. Witbier character coming through, but everything is good until the aftertaste. Macro lager follow through, probably brought on by a dodgy fermentation, or oversparging, or any of the other techniques employed by the big boys.

Dedicedly average

It comes in a nice 750Ml bottle. It pour a very bountiful head that leaves qickly but also leaves some lacing. It is slightly cloudy golden. It smells yeasty and wheaty and malty. Flavour is decent, not my favorite but ceertainly better than most Spanish beersI can't pin the exact thing that is jumping out of the flavour but I guess it is the malts in a caramel sort of way that make it a sweet whitbeir. It also has some fruitiness but not exactly discernible.

Mouthfeel is nice light to medium bodied. Overall a decent whitbier for a Spanish brewery but not as good as some of the German whits that are plentiful fow about the same price. This beer is approximately $6 USD out in town.

I got excited when I saw this ElBulli inspired creation.

Looks like a farmhouse, pale yellow with only a light layer of lace.

Smells very unique, licorice & some funky malt. Figs? Very distinct.

Tastes, kind of blah. Watery, fruity. White peaches? Tartness Tame and unremarkable. Very pallet cleansing. They set out to create something that goes with lots of foods & I think they've succeeded. But, it is more like a dry prosecco. They made beer that does the same job as white wine but with malt.

While a great all around beverage it lacks the roasted notes that I like in beer. Very smooth, malty.

Poured into a pint glass. Will pour into a wine glass as the label says and note any differences after. Attractive bottle; never had a beer from Spain before. Pours a cloudy golden with a generous two plus fingers of white head, some retention and lacing. Very active carbonation.

Sweet at first on the nose, reminds me a bit of melon. Light citrus undercurrent. Floral hops.

Mildly sweet up front, you get some red fruit, some citrus, and definite wheat in the malt character. Honey near the back end, some orange. Refreshing, but not the best wit I've had.

Probably will not buy this one again. Incidentally, pouring it into a wine glass didn't change anything.

A: Bright orange hue, like an autumn leaf. Fairly cloudy, thin head disappears quickly. Looks super crisp and refreshing. Bonus point for the minimalist and clean bottle/box art.

S: Great tropical fruit and wheat esters, if a bit thin. Orange, apricot, banana, it's all good.

T: What a letdown. Those already thin aromas have really been watered down so that you can only get a bit of tropical fruits and a slight malty/bready background. I wasn't expecting much since the alcohol content is so (SO) low, but this has less flavor than PBR, even if the flavors that are there are more appealing.

M: Crisp, very fluid, good effervescence; enough to make it alive but not bloating. Refreshing.

O: I wasn't sure how this would go. The labeling on the box and bottle made it seem like a world class beer, but the price tag and alcohol content said run-of-the-mill. I was expecting the latter but kept myself open to the former. I got the latter. It did have those citrus notes and refreshment it promised, but on much smaller scale than suggested. It was good, but nothing I would advocate looking for.
