A very lovely triple, All you can ask for.
nice bright head, with a lovely amber body. No yeast sediment left at the bottle apparently not bottle fermented.
Purchased from Whip In in Austin.
All in all a very nice triple, good fruit tones.
Lovely accompaniment to indian food (G'Raj Mahal)

Nice amberish color to the beer served in a tulip glass. Smell is phenomenal! Nice yeasty sweetness to the smell. Almost like a honey wheat bread! Taste matches the smell with heavy yeast and honeyish note. Mouthfeel is good but I personally prefer a little less syrupy beer. Overall a delicious tripel and I highly recommend this beer to anyone!

A very good Belgian tripel with a nice label, good look, dry smell and sweet doughy taste. You can't go wrong. This is a medium bodied creamy feeling bubbly floral bomb that has a lingering dry finish and a vaguely herbal aftertaste. Nice representative but generally inoffensive take on the style.

From the stubby 330 ml bottle. Sampled on February 2, 2014.

The pour is an extremely heady cloudy pale yellow-bronze. The tremendous, puffy white head is three fingers thick and never really settles back.

Loads of Belgian toasted biscuit malt aroma with some butter, yeast, and a touch of citrus.

The body is wonderfully full and creamy.

The taste also brings out those Belgian malts with a bit or pear, butterscotch, toffee, and a clean, slightly hopped finish. But the sweet malts really save the day. A bolder Tripel than some.

A: Pours a hazy golden amber with an imposing white head that leaves a tremendous amount of lace as it slowly recedes.

S: Aromas of caramel, biscuit, cream, peach, apricot, oranges in syrup, lemon candy, herbs, and bread are present on the nose.

T: Notes of bread, yeast, biscuit, cream, caramel, toffee, herbs, oranges in syrup, grass, peach, apricot, lemon candy, and perhaps a touch of candy sugar wash across the palate. The finish is sweet and warming, with notes of orange, caramel, herbs, bread, and yeast are detectable before a long, smooth fade.

M: Thin in body and slick. Carbonation is airy and delicate. Alcohol is very subdued. Incredibly easy to drink, but in my opinion, this beer would be a better representation of the style if it had a bit more malt heft.

O: Not a bad tripel by any means, but also far from a classic example of the style. This one is worth seeking out at least once, but I have difficulty seeing it becoming a favorite or a regular for most fans of the style.

On tap at Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Pours a murky orange-brown with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, honey, spice, fruit, and apple cider aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, yeast, and fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice fruity smell but the taste is more spice and yeast forward.
