A slightly hazy, reddish-golden Ale with a rocky, off-white, clingy head. It has a light herbal smell. The taste is mildly hoppy, malty, with a light bitter finish. This particular Ale features Yakima Valley Amarillo Hops, they seem mild and mellow. It has a moderate body in my mouth. Overall tasty and quite drinkable.

This beer pours slightly hazy reddish golden wiith a rocky off white clingy head. The mouthfeel is moderate. The smell is sweet breadlike with a faint herbal hint. The taste is faint delicate hoppiness with a mild maly middle and mld hop finish. A very mild pleasing ale that would be a good session brew.

The pour a clear amber color, the head is modest in size, frothy, with decent lace to cling to the glass. Nose is citrus, lightly floral, clean, fresh and quite pleasant. Front is sweet, the top is light to medium, finish is nicely hopped, perfectly acidic, the aftertaste malt dry and long lasting. Also, I think the hops add a distinct perfumy tone to the nose and to the aftertaste, that I can't quite put my finger on. All of "Bert's" beers are good everyday drinking libations, that are well worth your effort to sample.

$3.99 a sixer at Trader Joes last summer. Pours amber with a slight white head. Light floral hop smell. Light to medium bodied with nice carbonation. Has a grainy, yeasty flavor with a lightly bitter finish. Crisp and refreshing, a tasty, well balanced summer brew.

A solid light bodied, crisp, and hoppy Summer Ale. Dark Gold to light copper with a low ivory head. A nice Floral Hop Aroma. I found an earthy hop character (wonder if Amarillo are related to Saaz in any way?). Light bodied with a crisp bitter finish.

NOTE for those who have not tried this: certainly not a Belgian Style Specialty Ale as it is currently listed

Medium gold color, medium head. A light bodied ale. Light malts with very citrusy "Amarillo" hops. Smooth, mellow taste. Nice flavor. Light and refreshing yet lots of flavor. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly malty and sweet. Nice beer.

This beer is a light copper color that pours a small head that stays with the beer. It has a citrusy/hoppy aroma to it that isn't overpowering but pleasant. The amarillo hops enhance the flavor, a very refreshing brew that you should try........CHEERS
