Golden coloured. Light bodied & dry. Not very bitter. Drinkable standard stuff. This beer has a rather strong aroma of hops and it contains a lot of bubbles, though there is NO head on it. Malty sweet flavour, lightly hoppy. No particular aftertaste. Dry, refreshing and drinkable...not bad.

Pours a clear, golden color with lots of bubbles and a generous white head that soon settles down to only a small cover.
Typical, generic aroma of malts and grains is subtle but easily picked up.
The taste starts on the sweet side and continues with a nicely balanced body. All of that coming together for a nice bitter finish and a pleasant lasting aftertaste.
Very nice beer from Hungary.

The Dreher is similar to most well made Euro lagers....the beer poured a clear golden with initial foamy head that eventually settles to a thin white head which is leaving some lace. The scent is mostly grassy / wet corn. The taste is very crisp and clean with a slight abv presence. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall this is a easy going beer that is worth a taste.

had on tap at a couple bars in Budapest. crisp and easy drinking. Not has hoppy as a Czech pilsner, but still had good flavor. Nice appearance, not an overly big head, really not a distinctive aroma that I can remember. one of my favorite beers I had in Europe.
For the equivalent of $1.50 for a .5l (16oz) draw a pretty good deal.

much better on tap than in bottle. pours clear sunny yellow color with a thick foamy white head that has decent retention. smells like a standard euro beer with a watery malt base and a gentle hopping. this one is in excellent balance with what tastes like wheat to me. its got a creamy mouthfeel which is totally surprising. some decent body and great carbonation. so far in hungary this has been my draft of choice, drinkable, cheap, and everywhere.

Bought in Budapest

A: Pours a light golden body with one finger of foamy white head. Retention is minimal as is lacing.

S: Light notes of straw grains and some breadiness.

T: Some bread, non pleasing straw flavour.

M: Light bodied with high carbonation, mouthfeel is very froathy and leaves a bad straw taste that doesn't leave.

O: I wouldn't buy this again, it was not very enjoyable.

A: clear straw colored with a single finger of white head leaving

S: Mild bready malts, and light hops.

T: Typical bread malts. Mild noble hop bitterness is slightly present.

M: light body and high carbonation.

D: Crisp and fairly tastless. Not the worst I have had but one of my least favorite of the beers I had while on my vacation.
