Clear tawny brown with a small white head leaving light lace.
Smell is sweet but not sugary, citrus, pithy, banana esters. A touch metallic.
Taste is similar, the esters are nice and fruity, the malt smooth and clean caramel notes. A little sour acidity.
Mouthfeel is light, slippery.
Drinkability is fine, a really easy drinker with nice flavor if you like fruit esters.

Colour is amber (ha) very clear. Small head that leaves some big bubbles clinging to the glass.
Smell: at suggested drinking temperature there's not much of a smell. A bit yeast, some malt, caramel and hops. Later on some cloves. Gets better after it's been in the glass a little while.
Taste is slighty bitter at first, mainly yeasty with some hops. Slight touch of burnt sugar. Then some malts, roasted bread but not overpowering. Later on there's a little bit of fruit, light berries and a light acidity. Aftertaste is a bit sweeter with hoppy notes.
Mouth is medium to light, not that much carbonation. It feels a little bit flat but could be my choice of glass.
Overall this is not bad at all. Quite light and drinkable, but witch much more character than a pilsner. Only bad thing is when it warms up a little, the acidity and burnt notes are slightly too much for me. I've had worse from Gulpener (their bock for example).

300 ml bottle, at home.
Poured an light amber coloured beer, with an off beige head. 2fingers in height at first, quickly settled to one finger tall foam.
Soft aroma of roasted malts that give it a very faint caramel note.
It doesn't taste so much different than the biologic pilsner from the same brewery, except for the roasted malts of course. The skunkiness is still there though, maybe it has something to do with the bio ingredients. Not my liking to be honest.
Other than that just a typical amber coloured beer, I doubt anyone could tell that the ingredients were organically grown etc.
