Luckily enough for me, I had training for work right down the street from this place... sounds like it's the beer mecca for western MA. First off.. wow, this place is big.. bigger than Manchester Wine and Spirits in CT for sure.. and there's 2 huge aisles of just beer. That being said.. selection is great here and being from CT, there's a lot of breweries MA gets which I normally don't have access to so that's greatly appreciated. Prices were a bit high for me, I figured with all their buying power they'd be a little lower but they actually seemed a $1 or more above what I usually paid in CT. Also, for such a huge store how is there no mix a six program! I mean, I see people do it on their own by just taking singles out of some of the 6 packs (note: make sure your 6 pack isn't missing one beer!), but it isn't like advertised or anything so it was a bit of a disappointment not see this awesome program implemented. Checkout is quick and easy.

Since moving out to Western Mass I had been searching for a Craft Beer Heaven. Little did I know it was not too far from my home. I had found my Graceland. Maybe one of the best and largest beer selections I have ever seen. Not only American craft beers but also beers from around the world. Also great help as well from employees. I was there on a very busy Saturday and they had 2 employees talking/assisting customers with their selections as well as just talking beer. Very friendly staff. Pricing is how it is. You get what you pay for. The biggest problem I have with Table and Vine is, my wife hates me when I go there because I spend atleast 45 minutes deciding what I need/want.

My personal standard against which all other beer stores are measured. They claim 1700 beers (most so far I have seen anywhere else claim possession of is 1500) and I believe them, all you have to do is look at the list on their kickbutt website and then visit the store for confirmation that they have all that stuff!
Big supermarket-size store, about 40% of which is wine, 20% beer and the rest spirits and food. The 20% that is for beer includes both sides of a seven foot tall, 75 foot long row of shelves, a hundred foot long wall of 12 and 24 cases, and a 50-75 foot long line of coolers, plus a big rack of singles, bombers and 750s.
For sheer selection they are hard to beat.
If you want to pick up a sixpack or twelver of just about anything nationally marketed, it's almost certainly here. You can also mix your own sixpacks.
A big attraction is their monthly sales, which offer twelvepacks for less than anywhere I know of. This past month I picked up twelvepacks of Sierra Nevada Torpedo ($13), Ipswich ale variety pack ($11), Sam Adams Summer variety pack ($12) and Guinness Extra Stout ($13).
You are not likely to have anyone come up and ask to help you, but that's fine with explorers like myself, and the checkout clerks are usually pleasant and helpful.
They also have smaller branch stores in Big Y supermarkets in Northampton and Greenfield. Same sales, but the selection is much more limited and more mainstream.
