On-tap at Steelhead Burlingame
A: The pour is a clear yellow/golden color with a large white head.
S: The nose is fairly light overall. I get a decent amount of yeastiness, some corn, floral hops, and a bit of bread and malt sweetness.
T: Starts off with lots of metal, corn, and yeast. A bit of hop bitterness as well as some actual floral hop flavor. There's a mild skunk to it, too.
M: The body is medium with a medium to high level of carbonation.
D: Another poor example of the style. I don't know why breweries insist on making crappy blonde ales.
