Bottle at 't Arendsnest in Amsterdam. From notes.
A - Poured a dark gold colour with a thick two finger beige head. A few yeast chunks were suspended in time in the cloudy body. Medium visible carbonation. Good chunk of retention in the head and a slight amount of retention with some specks along the sides.
S - Fairly mild, but I could pick up some hay, some yeast, and gentle hops.
T - Belgian yeast was pretty obvious. Decent hop presence too but not overly fruity. Toasty malt and some hay.
M - Mild carbonation with a medium body and bitterness in the back. Quite refreshing.
O/D - A decent beer to drink but nothing great. Kinda mild but refreshing and fairly tasty.
