Had this one at the brewery.
Served room temp. It had a nice orangy brown look in the glass with a small off-white head. Light hoppy scent. Subtle grapefruit taste. So amazingly smooth, creamy and light on the tongue. Flavorful and absolutely drinkable! Extremely refreshing on a hot day.
Like most of Paul's creations, this one is flavorful but light and drinkable. And of course always better on tap than in the bottle. In fact, I feel the subtle nature of his products just don't translate well to the bottle, which is a great shame.

Served room temperatrue via beer engine at the tap room. Here is what the beer description said on the white board.
Unfiltered cask conditioned real ale, dry hopped, 6.1% abv, 60 ibus
I like IBC as they always do a cask conditioned ale. Next up is a Pumpkin Spice cask conditioned ale. yummm!
A: amber hued, small offwhite head, looked not hazy but not clear either...must be the unfiltered aspect
S: not as strong as I had expected, perhaps due to the cask conditioning mellowing it out....noticeable hops, but not the usualy punch of the normal IPAs around here
T: subdued and mellow, especially for an IPA. IBC likes to hop the crap out of their normal IPA, so this one was a nice surprise, again perhaps due to the cask conditioning.
M: hmm, it was good, but not great.
D: Overall, I could down a few, however I much prefer the taste of their normal IPA.
However I do like how they experiment with cask conditioning...more power and flavour to 'em!
