Sampled this one in Arcen in cafe Alt Arcen wich is a nice place to eat in Arcen. Most of their meals are cooked with beer and the soup I took had sprouts, cheese and Janneke beer in it. So along with the soup this one. Poured out without any foam in its own glass that looked (a litle) like a Koninck (bolleke)glass. Maybe it was the restaurant that washed their glasses wrong, but looking on the other tables( where they had different glasses) and beers showed that probably my glass should be ok too. Even pourin it a botle high from the glass wouldn't help. The smell was clean and very (yeast)fruity. Hardly any maltcaracter an no hops to be smelled. Taste was dry, litle empty but with a very bitter aftertaste. Nice golden colour make it an acceptable beer but nothing great.... in my eyes.
