Pours just over two fingers of head on a clear golden colored body. Perfect.
The aroma is some pinewood with lots of bright citrus.
The taste has a mild pine bitterness to start, then strikes a good balance with a lot of malt.
A fairly crisp body with some soft spots and moderate carbonation.
Quite enjoyable. I personally would have enjoyed a little more of a bitter beer, but it's great the way it is.

Bomber served chilled into a shaker pint glass.

Cascade Pilsner is a very pale straw yellow color with a slight haze. It has thin white head that settles quickly and leaves no lacing.

Aroma is an interesting mix of pilsner malt and yeast combined with fresh citrusy hops.

Flavor is a similar juxtaposition of German pilsner and west coast pale ale. The combination is well balanced but I'm just not sure I enjoy it.

Mouthfeel is light in body and leaning towards the bitter side of the scale.

Overall an interesting blend of styles but not entirely to my liking.

Clear pale yellow with two fingers of white head. Good amount of lacing.
Yeasty floral malty smell.
Taste is similar with good amount of hops herbal and floral. Just a touch of piney resin on the back of the tongue. Malts are in the right amount for balance.
Crisp dry and refreshing light bodied right carbonation.
Long dry bitter pleasant finish. Slightly fruity pilsner.
Enjoyed it quite a lot. Would make an excellent warmer weather beer.

Picked up at the COOP today for about $4.... pours a clear straw golden with a long lasting white head... attractive lacing.

Citrus hoppiness is pronounced but not like an IPA... just nice clean citrus hops with a bit of pine trailing along for the ride.

Clean bitterness lasts from front to back on the palate and into a sorta grassy/herbaceous finish... just enough pale malt to balance the hops.

Light/medium body with good carbonation.

Good take on a "tough to get right" style... I appreciate more lagers... good job.

22 oz from Fred Meyer in S,Salem. $4.49 Haven’t seen this one yet. Clear pale gold coloured beer with a large thick and frothy white head. Fruity, grassy hop aromas..papaya,apricot come to mind, maybe a little too fruity for style but its nice. Taste is more citric style hopping, still a lot of grassiness though, and again fruity..mild hop after taste. Mouth feel is fine, smooth well carbonated and easy to down. For me though this tastes like an "ale"..a nice golden ale or maybe a California Common. Still liked it though.

Great looking, tan and clear with a pretty good head (1.5 fingers) that had some staying power, a fine cascade of tiny bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass, and thick sheets of sticky lace.

Aroma and flavor are on par with what I expect from the style, perhaps with a little more of a citric note than usual tho (grapefruit, lemon, and some grapefruit peel). Grass, hay, and fresh meadow are there, as are floral notes, but there's definitely cascade in there (my favorite hop).

Body is light, crisp, easy drinking. Overall Full Sail hasn't disappointed me yet and this is no exception. I do like full sail.

6% ABV confirmed. 1 pint 6 fl oz brown glass bottle with branded pry-off pressure cap acquired at a local bottle shop and served into an Odell stem-tulip in me friend's gaff in high altitude Fort Collins, Colorado. Reviewed live. Expectations are below average given the brewery.

Served cold - straight from the fridge. Side-poured with standard vigor as no carbonation issues are anticipated.

A: No bubble show forms as it's poured.

Pours a 1.5 finger wide head of white colour. Average thickness. Not much creaminess. Head retention is above average - about 3 minutes. No lacing clings to the sides of the glass as the head recedes.

Body colour is a clear translucent yellow-copper of average vibrance. Clean; no yeast particles/sediment is visible.

Overall, it's pretty standard fare for a pilsener.

Sm: Floral hop character, pilsener malts, clean barley, some herbal hop character, and some malty sweetness.

No yeast character or alcohol is detectable.

It's a pleasant aroma of mild strength. I'm optimistic.

T: Clean barley, pilsener malts, floral hop character, and some malty sweetness. It's quite simple, and brings none of the interesting flavours I'd expect from Cascade hops. Fairly well balanced. Average depth, duration, and intensity of flavour. Lacks complexity, subtlety, nuance, and intricacy. I like it in a general sense, but it's not unique or special. Largely unimpressive.

No yeast character or alcohol comes through.

Mf: Smooth and wet. Crisp. Overcarbonated. Too heavy, thick, and full-bodied for a pilsener. Suits the flavour profile decently in a general sense, I guess. Certainly doesn't feel custom-tailored to it.

Not oily, astringent, gushed, hot, or boozy.

Dr: Drinkable, sure, but it's pretty underwhelming. At $4.00 USD a bomber, I suppose you could do worse, but I wouldn't trifle with this again. It ain't bad, but it's far from unique or special. Will get buried amidst the myriad of superior brews in the style.

Mundane.

Attractive amber brew poured into the, oh what the heck, angular Ciney tulip. Pleasant sudsy mouthfeel with modest foam but some lacing along the glass. Inviting flowery, hoppy scent.

Light bodied and crisp with some malt substance. Some piney hops with an aromatic, tangy sensation. Slight malty sweetness with a biscuity taste followed by a little acidity. Tastes of lime peel come through for the bitter finish. I have to say this is one of the most pleasant American Pilsners I've tasted.

This is just an extremely drinkable brew. I think they took some care to present a light but excellent beer instead of the usual anniversary alcohol bomb. It's actually unique among the annual celebration beers, but after 26 years they can afford to showcase what they do best-- suave, tasty lagers.

Served from the bottle into a pilsner glass.

A- Poured a clear golden color, some light visible carbonation, fluffy white head that left some chunky lace.

S- Big floral aroma, grapefruit, and lemon.

T- Big floral notes and fruity notes of grapefruit, lemon, and lime, some bready notes. A big citrusy pop and some bitterness on the finish.

M- Dry, soft carbonation, and lighter bodied The mouthfeel reminds me of a light sparkling champagne or cider.

O- This is a really flavorful pilsner with big fruity hop notes and light hop bitterness.
