appearance: poured a dark amber almost caramel with a 2 finger rocky off white head. Rentention was good with a fair amount lacing left behind. Lots of small bubbles making they way to the top very slow.
smell: At first I get a slightly toasted white bread with a hint of perfume. Nutmeg and soap shines through somewhere in the middle for me. Cola and biscuit to end.
taste: sweet with a small hint of cola. Also got a toasted crust flavor in the middle with a nice semi bitter ending.
mouthfeel and drinkability: light body, watery and lively carbonated makes for a refreshing, clean and well balance beer to enjoy on a hot summer day.
Overall, this Amber Ale is tasty and won't disappoint. I had with a snapper fish burrito and it was very enjoyable. Enjoy
