A-Pours a clear deep copper color with a small off white head that quickly fades to a thin collar around the beer (even when poured very vigerously) but it has very descent lacing though so I give it a solid 4.0
S-The aroma when first poured (being a little cold) is mild and vague, but lets come back to this as it warms a little and I'll give it a swirl... oh yes indeed the aroma really opens up as it warms, with lots of sweet candied fruity hops with some pungent citrus notes as well. And I also get passionfruit hop-like notes as well. The yeast used is fruity as well which helps excentuate the fruity hoppy notes too. On the second pour, the caramel sweet maltiness really comes out almost to the forefront, very nice aroma indeed.
T-Ok, I gave the flavor a 4.5 I know, but to me the flavor really reminds me of Sierra Nevada's Celebration beer really. With lots of citrus and pine notes (not found in the aroma) , also the fruity notes are muted in the flavor. The sweetness from the malt is still there but also muted a little by the huge yet clean bitterness. I was pleasantly suprized by this offering from Full Sail, and I don't know why it has a slightly low score. This is truly the best Full Sail beer I've had to date.
M- The mouthfeel is medium to full in body and slightly creamy up front with a slightly dry and bitter finish that lingers forever. And I think the carbonation is almost spot on.
O-Overall I was impressed that Full Sail made this. Happily suprized for sure. A very good beer and I might just buy this one again (being only like $3.59 n' all). Well worth the money.
