12 oz bottle from the Utah State store poured into a standard pint glass.
Appearance: Almost clear dark yellow, light golden, slightly lighter than other IPAs I have had. The head was tall, white, billowy, and lasted a while leaving good lacing.
Smell: Slight sweetness from the malts mixed with mild citric and metallic hops.
Taste: Really mirrors the smell. Pale malts up front with some medium hops bitterness on the finish. This is not a hop bomb, nice to find an IPA that is not a hop bomb.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation and body, coats the mouth nicely with flavor.
Drinkibiity: This is a very drinkable IPA. The flavors are somewhat subdued for an IPA. The 6 ABV means I could drink several in a row. Very good.
