BB 09-2007
Pours in a hazy dark golden color with a creamy white head. Head is mostly lasting en has a good lacing.
My noise recognizes a wheat flavor with hints of citrusfruits, I also notice a trace of candysugar and coriander. Very fresh aroma.
Base taste is light bitter, with wheat and candysugar.
It develops a light alcoholic, dry mouthfeel, medium body. Lively carbonation.
Nice bitter/spicy finish of average length.
Very nice beer, looking forward to taste it again.

A 750 ml bottle just for my own. Emptied within 75 minutes. Good stuff!
It pours a murky orange color with a big creamy head that sacks to a 1/2' head.

Smell is sweet, grainy and wheat-like. It smells like a crossover of a witbier and weizen. There is the malt which is supporting the wheat. The yeast adds a nice vanilla smell.

Taste is pretty bitter for this kind of beer, but nice. A good malt backbone is present. The wheat is clearly present and gives the beer a real witbier taste. I can't taste any added spices. The only spice is vanilla, but this is coming from the yeast. This beer is mild and a little sweet. Drinkability is great.
