On tap for the tappin' of the Irish Red at River City.
A - Pours copper with 1 finger of white head and dissipates moderately slow. Leaves little lacing.
S/T - Complex malt aromas with grainy sweetness, which is textured with lightly roasted honey and caramel. Really complex and really solid throughout. The quaff finishes with light bittering hops. Awesome stuff, cannot imagine an Irish Red getting better. The complexity is amazing.
M - Full-bodied and malt dominated with a hint of light alcohol.
D - Great overall. Really good job on this beer. Amazes me how River City always does a great job on their low grav beers. Now if you could just get street cred for that.
Serving type: on-tap
