12 oz bottle into a goblet glass.
L: Pours thick apricot with floaties, no head, very good steady carbo, no lacing.
S: Earthy Jalapeno pepper pith, a hint of caramel, grains, distant honey, wildflowers.
T: Cereal grains, pepper mustiness, a touch of honey, wheat notes, a hint of melon, grapefruit zest in the finish which lingers. It is gently spicy hot and has a distinctive "outdoor" taste.
F: Smooth medium-heavy bodied feel with a touch of slime. Has a very late light pepper burn on the lips and is a little bit juicy.
O: I agitated the sediment in the bottle for 1 minute, carbonation pulls through, sediment is unobtrusive though visible, good balance, good tasting, lightly sweet in the middle. It's good in its style.

12oz bottle. Etched on bottle is '20119E2121556'.
Cloudy, medium amber colored body. Brief off white head, but a ring persists. Considerable debris. No lacing.
Aroma of base malts, with the pepper scent being the first nose noticed.
Taste is vegetal fruity, and an early sweetness that changes to a more savory finish. Depth to the pepper flavor profile. Never gets burning hot.
Medium mouth feel. Builds a low grade fire on the tongue that does not spread. Okay carbonation.
Good use of the pepper, because the beer does not emphasize the burn but rather full range of pepper as plant flavors.

On tap. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of jalapeno, toasted caramel and citrus. Sweet caramel and toffee up front with a spicy heat for a finish.

This is exactly what I want "Jalapeno" alcohol to taste and feel like. It has the taste and a bit of the spice of jalapeno peppers but it's like if you eat slices of them one at a time for a while not a whole pepper at once.

I really like this one, but the look of the beer is somewhat off-putting.

Overall malty nose; the beer pours with a nice white head that dissipates quickly. No noticeable pepper in the aroma but a slight Jalapeño flavor and nice spicy kick that lingers. Jalapeño flavor on the exhale after taking a drink. Nice beer!

As far as my beer went, it was incredibly foamy, and the slightest disturbance sent foam spilling out of the bottle uncontrollably.
The smell and taste can only be described as stale jalapenos. This was my first time having this type of beer but I cannot say it made me want to try others. The spiciness is understated, yet the jalapeno taste overwhelms all else.

It pours brown copper with roughly a finger if head. The aroma is malty with very little to suggest that there are chillies in the beer. The taste is much like an american-made marzen but with a hit spicy finish. Medium carbonation. Easily drinkable despite the spiciness.
