Golden color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of Lager yeast, grains, corn and herbal hops.
Flavor with notes of apple juice, corn syrup, subtle herbal hops and some pear tartness. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Not bad for an Adjunct Lager with different and original notes than expected. Still overly sweet and unbalanced. Feels like soda.

From bottle, Pours clear straw golden colour with white head that diminished very quickly. Aroma of sweet pale malts, hay, honey. Flavour is sweet, light malty, hay, honey, corn, light bitter finish. Light bodied.

Not awful, but pretty boring flavour and totally forgettable. Refreshing I suppose after hard work, but not for simply enjoying a beer. Not one of the Netherlands' finest. Flavour disappears quickly on the palate, making it seem watery, but potentially dangerous to drink quickly.

Picked up a bottle at the House of 1,000 for a dollar.

A - Pours a bit darker than most Euro lagers. A very bright orange with a 1/2 inch of head.

S - As expected mostly grains and mild hops with lemon grass and a touch of apple of pear tartness.

T - More sour than I expected but it balanced the grains and hops pretty well. Still not as refreshing as I wanted.

M - Light bodied went well with my Subway.

Overall it was worth grabbing up for a dollar pretty average Euro not quite pale lager.

Another TJ's grab. Poured into straight pint glass. Poured a clean, clear, bright yellow color with 1-1/2 inches of white head that had very good retention and OK lacing.

The aroma featured some very nice earthy grains, a bit of gentle hopping and wasn't overly sweet, as some of this style can be. The flavors were the same, nice grains, just a bit of balancing hops and, again, the beer wasn't as sweet as expected.

The body, while still thin, was on the fuller side of average for the style. Drinkability was pretty good, and would probably be very good on a hot day. Overall, a decent little brew that is a good value @$1.50 for 16oz can. Worth grabbing if you see it.
