This beer is just the same nasty abomination like it's sister 8.5% but stronger. nothing to say about this one is the same review than the 8,5% variety just a little nastier.

A: A very light yellow with a big white head and good retention.
S: Sweet citric/orange a little metallic smell, I feel some marshmallow in it too.
T: Very Sweet with a bit alcoholic flavor and low bitterness end.
M: Very sweet mouth with a alcoholic aftertaste. Low drinkability because its strong sweetness and the alcoholic tasty.
O: Low carbonation, strong sweetness and too much alcohol to make a nauseating beer, even to me who like the belgian sweet style.

Bright golden color with a thin head with low retention.
I was expecting more booze in the aroma given its 12%ABV, though I got some malt and hops before it got warm.
Licquor type of flavor with notes of malt and sugar.
Full body with low carbonation.
Interesting that this 12% version is much more balanced, being less sweet than the 8.5% one. Though not my favorite style, it may be a good option for who digs it.

There we go now, I did not think the Dutch could go this far. The mouth feel hits the batting order first here. It is not the clink. This is one of those nights where you know you are going to keep thinking about those teeth all. Night. Long. This leaves a layer. I think I need to chew on a box of baking soda.

500ml can served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a golden yellow clear color, forming a medium aired fluffy white head. Medium retention and only very few lacing left
S: Sweet grains and alcohol. Notes of Lager yeasts
T: Sweet upfront. Sweet grains. A bit metallic. Quite bready too. Mild hoppy bitter end
M: Creamy molasses body. Moderate bitter aftertaste
O: Recipe for producing an Euro Strong Lager: Take a drinkable Lager, overload it with sugar so that will produce tons of alcohol during fermentation. Congratulations! Now you have an extremely sweet and alcoholic beer with very low drinkability
