A - Cloudy yellow to light amber. Head disperses entirely upon sitting for moments. Lacing is strong.

S - HONEY FOR DAYS. Belgian Yeast. Malty. Dark and or light malts are strong here. Did I mention the honey?

T - Old honey dough bread. Strong yeast of the Belgian variety. Fresh malt. No bittering agent here at all. Someone call for some hops.

M - Medium to full bodied. Carbonation is a little much for me in this beer. The end feels more like the consistency of ginger ale than beer.

O - There is NOTHING special about this beer. This wants very badly to be the beer it is not. I hope that the honey added is what makes the alcohol content what it is. There is no way in hell that all of this honey only makes this the ABV what it is. I think I could go to Belgium now (or where ever the honey comes from) and I would not have to worry about the allergies.

I'd skip if other options were available.

A: Hazy pale orange colour, nice thick dense head

S: loads of citrus and honey, hints of hops, some floral hints

T: the honey is there, the floral hops are, some alcohol, a bit sweet

M: slightly dry, normally I like my beers more carbonated, but this works, medium body

O: really good beer, maybe a tad too sweet for my taste

Poured into a snifter

A: Clear golden with a white one finger head that dissipates to foamy bubbles. Nice lacing.

S: Citrus-y, featuring a horde of lemons with Belgian funk following.

T: Smooth hops with a great Belgian yeast backbeat. Earthy, lemony and citrus. Drinks like a saison.

M: Medium with medium, frothy carbonation.

O: Really surprised with how good this one is. At $5 for an 11.2 oz bottle, it better be. the wife loved it. We both want more.

Poured from 11.2oz bottle into Chimay goblet.

A - Hazy, medium gold with a thin, lacy white head.

S - Honey, hop forward, some citrus, like mandarin oranges.

T - Citrus hops, buttery yeast, bitter orange.

M - Mild viscosity, moderate carbonation, some astringency.

Well balanced hop character, more citrus than pine. Honey and bread keep everything in line.
