Pours pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Limited retention. No lace.

Light malt and grain in the nose. Some bread notes.

Light malt, moderate bitterness. Some bready sweetness that is balanced well with some sweet grassy flavors and medium hop bitterness. Malt is prevalent in the finish.

Lighter bodied, well carbonated.

Decent brew. Light an drinkable.

Appearance: 1 inch head, clear, gold in color, high carbonation,

Smell: toasted malt and light grass

Taste: toasted malt, honey, and light grass

Mouthfeel: sweet, light bodied with high carbonation

Overall: A nice, clean, and light cream ale. This beer is nothing that is mind blowing, yet it is very solid. I found myself drinking this quick and could see myself downing a six on a hot summer's day.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. 3/2

Pours dirty gold, lighter bottom. Fizzy fluffy white foam, good 1/4 inch sits atop. Pleasing nose. Little citrus, wheat, malt. Creamy milky taste, fast finish, little close. Tinge of lemon throughout. Mild bitter buried underneath. I like a good cream ale every so often.

Starts with an all-foam pour--literally a head to the bottom of the glass. I don't think I've ever seen this before. It also settles slowly with some rockiness. Plenty of chunky lace on the side of the glass. The liquid, when it appears, is pale gold with a touch of haze. 4.25/5

The smell reminds me of a Saison. It has earthy tones and raw, unmalted grain. Clean. 4/5

Smooth mouthfeel, with an equally low carbonation level. (4/5) The taste is a little flat. There's a creamy element to the overwhelmingly pale malt flavor, but little else. There's a modicum of hop to create a bit of spice, but otherwise this is a one-dimensional beer. 3.25/5 I'm not typically a fan of cream ales, but I find this one to be flaw free. 3.5/5

On tap at the source.
Comes to the table a clear straw color with a solid off white head that leaves lots of lace and a solid stream of carb bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Smells of sweet bready pilsner malt with hints of honey and light sugar with a faint floral hop to counter. The flavor is lightly sweet with bready honey and a solid spicy ho to back it up. Medium to light body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a slick sweet mouthfeel. Nice cream ale, I could envision a few of these on a warm day.

12 oz bottle was poured into a pint glass.

Appearance: This beer poured a minimal head that reduced to nothing. It is a slightly hazy golden straw yellow with vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Bready and biscuity malts, lager yeast, grassy hops, and a little sweetness.

Taste: Sweet and bready pilsner malts, grassy hop bitterness, and lager yeast.

Mouthfeel: Chewy, crisp, refreshing, light bodied, medium to high carbonation, and a little hop bitterness.

Overall: Not a bad beer at all, but pretty average cream ale to me.
