a beautiful clear amber/red pour with 2 fingers of foamy white head. smells of fruits, nuts, caramel, light grassy hops, cereal. tastes sweet, crisp, mildly bitter, and slightly fruity (figs).. very tasty for a red ale.. very crisp, light-medium body with some creamyness and modest carbonation.
overall it's a fantastic red ale. sweet, with a nice bitterness to it as well, and a hint of fruits and nuts.
