Poured into the new Dogfish IPA glass, It has a clear golden color without a small head. Leaves a nice little ring around the glass The smell is a kind of Oak like to me . It has a medium body. The taste is first a bit fruity at first maybe a hint of pepper, then a mild amount of hops, followed by a pleasant bitter after taste. It is a mild IPA, enjoyable as a session beer.

A-Pours a darker version of yellow; not orange but still yellow. Sticky, doughy head. Well laced.

S-Tropical and floral hoppiness in a very subdued fashion.a bit of dry grain and pale and cracker malt. Hoppiness is relatively distinctive.

T-More of the same. Hops are fa from intense but the flavors they release are pleasant. Floral, grassy, tropical are the hops. Cracker, white bread malt.

M-Mild bitterness. Well carbonated. Lighter bodied. Quite imbibable.

O-Pretty decent. Tallulah maintains a 'ladylike' form through and through but it has some zip to it.
