A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving only a narrow collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of bready malts and sweet adjuncts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of bready and adjunct malts with hints of associated sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: There's nothing really interesting about the taste of this beer but it seems to be a basic lager that doesn't have that much in the way of adjuncts.

BOTTLE: Brown glass. Gold foil-ed over pry-off crown cap. Gold and black label.
5.2% ABV.
Served cold into a pilsner glass in Finland. Expectations are above average on account of the brewery. Reviewed from notes.
No bubble show forms as it's poured.
HEAD: ~1 finger wide. White colour. Somewhat thin. Lacks creaminess and frothiness. Weak. Retention is merely 1 minute - below average.
BODY: Clear yellow. Clean, without visible yeast particles. Average vibrance.
It's an okay appearance. Not alive or inviting.
AROMA: Honey malt, pilsner malt. That's it. Seems too sweet.
Simple and shallow, with no subtlety or nuance to speak of.
Aromatic intensity is average.
TASTE: Pilsner malt. Honey. Floral hop character is minimally present. Balanced albeit simple. Pretty shallow. There's no real subtlety or nuance here, nor is there any intricacy, but it's pleasant and cohesive. Not a gestalt build, but an enjoyable beer overall.
TEXTURE: Smooth, wet, fairly refreshing, medium-bodied (when it should be light), slightly overcarbonated, and of above average thickness (to its detriment). This should ideally be crisp, light, and extremely refreshing, but it isn't. Lacks the soft delicate feel of superior beers.
There's no harmony of texture and taste. This mouthfeel fails to accentuate specific notes or to elevate the beer as a whole.
OVERALL: A pretty humdrum Estonian beer with average characteristics. Drinkable, forgettable, and unremarkable. This will satisfy the casual drinker, and that's fine. But it isn't close to a world-class offering by any stretch.

Review from Summer 2014. Can served into a Saku glass.
No bubble show forms as it's poured.
HEAD: 2 fingers worth of white-grey foam. Poor complexion. Thin consistency. No creaminess or frothiness. Average (~2 minute) retention.
BODY: Clear translucent yellow-copper of average vibrance. Clean; no yeast/lees are visible within.
AROMA: Helles malts, barley, grassy hops. Maybe some adjunct. A pleasant aroma of mild intensity.
TASTE: Helles malts, generic barley, off-putting sweetness, and some adjunct. Simple and far from enjoyable.
Average depth of flavour. I guess it's cohesive enough in build. Tastes cheap and slightly metallic.
TEXTURE: Smooth, wet, well-carbonated, light-bodied, and artificial. Not too thick or hefty.
OVERALL: Downable but pedestrian. I wouldn't get it frequently, and it's pretty poor Estonian fare. Not for the discerning drinker. I definitely preferred this from the bottle; it wasn't noticeably metallic.

A 500ml bottle with a BB date of Oct 2010 - so it's a couple of months out of date. Picked this up at my local off-licence for a song. It comes in an unusual brown bottle with the brewery's emblem embossed onto the glass and a foil neck label.
Poured into a Guinness pint glass. A faintly hazy pale golden colour with fine carbonation. A small white head that subsides after a few minutes. Looks pretty good for a lager. Aroma of light malt with slight sweetness. A distinct bready note, and hints of candied fruit or essential fruit oils (?).
Tastes light and clean. Pale malt with a gentle bitterness to give balance, and a dry finish. Notes of bread. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel - especially as it warms. Feels more substantial than a typical lager. Faint malty aftertaste.
A good lager - goes down rather nicely. The creaminess is unusual but pleasing. I imagine it would be refreshing in warmer weather - worth trying if you come across it.

A: This beer is light-coloured (the same colour as straw), with a white head that quickly dissipates.
S: There is definitely bitter hops, but also some citrus. Some malt is also noticable.
T: This tastes like bread, the malt is very prominent. Some hops and banana can also be traced.
The aftertaste is sadly very short.
M: Thin, but als a little bit creamy.
D: This is a plain beer. If you're into adjunct lagers I think this may be right up your alley. This goes down smoothly on a warm summer day, but otherwise this isn't my cup of tea.
