Gonna do a short review on this one, nothing special
Pours nice one inch white head. Body is a cloudy pale pink almost like grapefruit juice mixed with champagne.
Taste is somewhat watery, typical witbier but not as good. Nice bit of raspberry flavors save it from being a terrible beer.
Dont feel like continuing this review so just gonna wrap it up now. Its a drinkable beer, but pretty watery and lackluster, wouldnt buy it again. New Belgium Frambozen is a way better raspberry flavored beer.

A: A very clear pinkish pour with a brief white head. Retention and lacing are so-so.
S: Very sweet raspberry juice, not much else.
T: Tons of raspberry. Quite sweet. Just a hint of a malt base.
M: Thin and fizzy.
O: Not bad for a pure raspberry brew. Not too many beer elements to it, it's more raspberry soda than anything. Not bad or offensive though. Just simple and plain.

Cloudy purple brown colored liquid with a faintly purple tinged head on it. Hard to even describe this as a beer, looks more like sewage water.
Smell is Very sweet with a vanilla and berry smell. Can't say it smells like raspberry just a vague berry smell.
Starts out sweet with a cloying vanilla wafer flavor. Berry flavor is at best an aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is OK.
Overall this is a Drain Pour! YUCK IF you are looking for a beer that looks like sewage and tastes like old cookies, this is IT!.

A-Pours the color of liquefied grape jolly ranchers, a hazy pale purple, with a sickly white, purple tinged fluffy head. Soapy lacing.
S-Artificial fruit syrup sweetness, flaccid sludgy stale wheat aromas.
T/M-Soggy Captain Crunch. Not good. There's really not much to say about it. Like an even shittier version of Leinenkugel's, spiked with an expired bottle of Blue Moon. Gah.
O-No thank you.

BBD: 6/23/11, Last one on the shelf.
Reddish orange color, hazy like a witbier, with a fingers width of white foam. Lasting skim, retention is above average, leaving spotty streaks of lace randomly in the glass.
Faint raspberry and sugar cookie aroma, though not overly sweet.
Faintly tart raspberry in the taste also, some dusty sweet candy wafer and sugar cookie again. Moderate carbonation, thin bodied. Pretty middle of the road stuff. Thankfully not overly sweet or syrupy, though it's fruit character doesn't come across as especially authentic either

The beer pours a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the raspberry with some biscuit malt mixed in. The flavor is definitely heavy on the fruit. I get a lot of sweet, syrupy raspberry with a tad bit of biscuit malt. The fruit tastes a bit artificial and is not that well done. Thin to medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

This beer poured out as a lightly hazy reddish color. The head was white and a little fizzy. The smell of the beer has some decent raspberry aromas. The taste had some sweet tart raspberries and a decent wheat like base. The mouthfeel is on the light side. Overall I found this beer to be average at best. It might be better to someone who really enjoys the style.

An aggressive pour down the sides of a half liter glass mug yields a bubbly, bright white two-finger head. The brew is a hazy amber color with a pink undertone and active carbonation maintaining a thin layer of foam.
The smell of raspberries is easily detected in the flowery, incense-like hop aroma. When sipped, a taste something akin to Jasmine flowers is up front, with just a hint of sweet raspberry in the middle palate, mellowed by cereal grain. This is followed by a smattering of bitter hops and a lingering tart raspberry essence.
Not too sweet like some fruit beers, and worth recommending to those who appreciate the style.

The color of the beer as I pour it into my glass has a very faint light red color. It has a very strong nose of raspberry, and of not much else. Its color in the glass is a light wheat color with red involved. Clarity is fair, can see through the glass at the bottom of it, but not near the top. The head retention is almost nonexistent. The initial taste is very strong of raspberries, I'd like to know how much they've used in this because it is very prominent, almost overwhelming. However as the raspberries subside, there is the lovable taste of a Belgian Abby left behind, very nice aftertaste and balance. The mouthfeel on this beer is spot on, the body and carbonation could not have been better. Overall this is a very well done beer, balanced, well carbonated, excellent mouthfeel, great experience. If you have the chance to try this, and you enjoy sweeter, fruit flavored beer, I would suggest it.

A. Pours into a faded pale pink body with a thin white head that has good lacing and retention. The carbonation is moderate.
S. The smell is not bad on this one as I can smell wheat, and raspberries.
T. The taste is very unimpressive as it is too sour for raspberry. At first I taste some wheat, some hops, and than spoiled raspberries and a bad aftertaste of some unknown substance.
M. The mouthfeel is a little creamy and syrupy that leaves an unpleasant feeling in the mouth.
D. This is a drinkable beer, but I personally would prefer not to drink it again since its making my stomach feel sick.
If someone was to try a fruit/vegetable beer for the first time I would say forget this beer and try some Short's Soft Parade, Leinenkugel's Berryweiss or Sam Adam's Cherry Wheat instead.

Good golden color, solid carbonation and white head, lasts. Light, faint smell of raspberries, the color on the bottle makes me imagine something synthetic and medicinal about it though.
Way too sweet, a totally non enjoyable taste. Maybe if you're one of those alternative lifestyle types who like gueze, but I don't swing that way. Stays thin, kinda hot for this kind of beer. Nothing I'd like to have again, pricey as well. Pass.

I poured into a pint glass to two inches of fluffy, white head. The beer is a pale pink color. It smells strongly of raspberry. The taste is raspberry cream with Belgain yeast. It has a creamy mouthfeel. It goes down real easy on a hot fall day. It is a pretty sweet beer and probably wouldn't be great for sessioning due to that reason.

12oz bottle, served in a standard pint glass
A - pours with a thin layer of loose white foam which quickly falls to a film and small ring. the beer is hazy, pale gold in color.
S - "fake" raspberry syrup, sweet and medicinal. some wheat and light light beneath.
T - tastes like raspberry filling in pop-tarts or something...lacking that nice fresh tartness that makes the fruit appealing at all. sweet all the way through with a bright sugary kick at the end.
M - light body with slightly tight and lively carbonation. kind of sticky from the sweetness.
D - meh. fake fruit beer at its finest? ill pass.

Had the displeasure of trying this on a recent trip to Detroit. Thank God we grabbed a sixer of Bell's Porter, too...
A - Hazy, golden color. A fizzy, quickly receding head of 2 fingers forms and leaves patchy lacing on the glass.
S - Cereal, sweet raspberries, a bit of a medicinal whiff at the end. Uh oh.
T - Sticky, cough syrup with articifial-tasting raspberry dominant. Some nondescript malt character, but no balancing hops, no distinguishing character of its own. Just awful.
M - Again, sticky cough syrup, and what carbonation there is is completely overwhelmed by the oil-slick body and sugary finish.
D - Forced myself to finish, but really wish I hadn't. The worst craft beer I've encountered.

Pours a slightly hazy pale lemon gold. Minimal sugar white head.
Smells a bit sugary and syrupy.
Tastes mildly of berries and sugar, with some citrus tartness following that. Very minimal grain flavor in the end.
Thin to moderate body with light, tingly carbonation.
Easy to drink, nothing special, a bit too artificial in the fruitiness. Not hard to finish a few but nothing makes you want to seek them out.

Amber, no head. Very sweet. The raspberries came out in the smell. The taste was raspberry candy with some vanilla and then ended on a bitter note. It drank more like soda than beer. Could be a nice beverage during the summer or tasty for folks who like fruity beer. I enjoyed a few tastes of it, but wouldn't enjoy it in large quantities.

Got this for the wife, so I figured I'd help myself.
A fairly golden-orange with just a tint of red, very opposed to what I had read about this beer. However, it is lackluster with its overall ignorable look, and a minimal head that refuses to lace.
Aroma is a sickeningly sweet sour raspberry. Very faint metallic hints, and just a bit of malt. Too little, in fact.
The flavor lets down a bit on the raspberry, although it is still the dominant flavor. Sour and a bit bitter on the finish, but not quite as sweet as I expected.
Light, undercarbonated, watery, but not overly syrupy.
If I didn't know what beer was, and I wanted a malty raspberry beverage, I would probably like this. As is, no way.

Pours a slightly hazed peach color capped by a bone head head which rapidly disappears. Zero lacing.
The smell reminds me an awful lot like Flintstones chewable vitamins. Very hard to get past the odd medicinal smell.
Unfortunately that taste follows what started in the nose. It tastes like kindergarten, more Flintstones vitamins and sidewalk chalk. Fruit flavor is overly sweet and unappealing. I may not be able to distinguish what fruit was actually used if not for the label.
Light bodies but somewhat lacking in carbonation. Mouthfeel is rather chalky.
I did not go into this one expecting a great beer. From what I have enjoyed from MBC before they are usually solid. This one puzzles me. Very hard to enjoy and a chore to drink. I am glad that I have had other offerings from this brewery because if this was the first it would have been an awful impression.

I liked this beer its a good summer drinking beer.
Pours a light amber with a good head that that stays around.
The smell is strong raspbeery and fruit.
The taste is of raspberries but not over powering.
The drinkability is good as I have sat down and polished off a 6 pack a couple times.
Wish I could get New Glarus but I can't so for now this beer will do.

Light orange-gold in color with a thin white head that vanishes before your eyes.
Smell is overwhelmingly raspberry...too much fruit scent for my liking.
The taste isn't as bad as the smell. You pick up the subtle sweetness of the wheat, then the tart berry flavor kicks in.
In the mouth, there is an acidic burn from the fruit in the finish.
This beer is too scented and lack too much beer flavor to be drinkable; I'm not sure I can finish the one I started.

Pours a light copper gold color with a white foamy 2 finger head with good retention. Smells of light scented raspberries. Tastes like watered down raspberries. If you are looking for a really good raspberry flavored beer, New Glarus Raspberry Tart would be my recommendation.
This beer isn't very good. Light bodied, thin, fair carbonation, poor drinkability. Nothing to get too excited about.
