Pours a light golden with a 1.5 inch white head. The nose is light and sweet. Light body, some floral and bitter hop notes, lingers well. Some residual sweetness and notes of mixed grain (more towards corn flakes than grape nuts). Lace does form. This is a light, pleasant, if not overly impressive beer. Easy to drink. Thirst quencher! It is not moreish.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass

A: Medium gold in color, clear (if poured correctly), with a good white foamy head. The head had good retention and eventually dissipated to a fine white ring. Minimal lacing.

S: Good balance of light malts and fragrant hops.

T: A bit of mellow malty sweetness rushes the tongue followed by a short bit of bitterness. The finish is relatively quick with just a bit of hop bitterness lingering.

M&D: While enjoyable, the mouthfeel is a bit watery, but I don't think it really hurt the drinkability at all. Carbonation is light to medium and helps the brew go down smooth. I like it.

A- Pours a clear amber color with a 1 finger white head with decent rentention. No lacing is present, however.

S- sweet caramel, some nice biscuit notes, some major munich malt notes (who knows if it has munich, though).

T- Starts out like a biscuit covered in honey with a pleasant floral note in the middle. Finishes malty with a bit of hop presence in the end.

M- Medium carbonation, nice feel.

D- Definitely drinkable.

*This is a dortmunder, not an american adjunct lager. Will drink again.

This beer is the same as Hamtramck Beer, but a new name and logo is slapped on the bottle. More common in the upper part of the state. Pours out to a golden color with a small white foam head. No lace. Aromas of sweet malt, similar to a malt liquor. Taste is middle of the road; malt, sweet grains, some hops, a touch of bourbon like alcohol, with some buttery notes. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing. Drinkability is good. Nothing amazing or special, but it is a well made lager.

The beer pours a gold color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a nice pale malt scent. It's light and clean with a dry lager yeast aroma. The taste is decent as well. It has a crisp, clean pale malt taste along with a dry lager yeast finish. It's light and easy drinking with a slightly bitter hop aftertaste. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a good tasting lager. I'm not sure if it's an all malt lager, but I'd bet money that it is. It's got excellent color and aroma with a clean taste.

A- Pours a coppery golden with a small white head that recedes quickly, leaving no lacing on the glass.

S- Toasted malts hit the nose first with a citrus note in the background.

T- Sweet malty flavor with some hop presence, ends with a strong alcohol presence that does not compliment the flavor's finish. Leaves quite a bad aftertaste in the mouth.

M- Medium body with a good amount of carbonation, somewhat creamy and sticky feel to it.

D- Another bad beer from MBC, I really want to like this brewery as I am a fan of the brewpub and their homebrew store, but I just haven't found a beer of theirs that stands out yet, most of them are just bad.

Pours a mildly hazes amber gold. Malty nose. Flavor brings a mass of sweet. No real strong complexity, but it's smooth and quite flavorful. Aftertaste is a bit metallic and dirty, which knocks it down a bit for me. Feel is slick and smooth on liquid. Lower but slightly biting carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff actually; just lose the bad aftertaste.

Indiana just got Michigan Brewing Co.'s products, and the local store got in some sampler packs. Being a regular customer, i was allowd to take some free ones to sample, and this was one of them. Poured completely clear, orange brown colored. Thin whisper of white on top. Lots of bubbly carbonation. Smells fresh, hint of crisp spiced hops, and amber malts. Taste is clean and simple. crisp malt, abbreviated stab of hops, mild apple notes, dry abrasive malt on the finish. Thin and drinkable. A decent of example of an American Mac. Lager.

Pours a hazy pale amber color with a shallow loose foamy head that fades quickly with spotty patterns of lacing left behind. The smell is crispy with a peppery citrus note and a balanced malty character. It has a light-medium bodied and is adequately carbonated and cleans up quickly, almost dry. A real nice drinker; refreshing.
