Steve "corralled" me into taking this in an IP trade, and I am glad he did. One of the very best of the style I had, tangy,a very controlled acidity still a tad of a cross-style to a lambic! seems like wild yeast, I got the strawberry, fruitiness, active carbonation, and it was a great drinker. Above average mouthfeel. Fruity aroma. Pink bodied with a small white topping. Refreshing and tasty.

Had on tap at the brewery.
A: Pours red(yes red) with two fingers of pink head.
S: Motel soap is my intial thought on the aroma. Very floral with very light malt.
T: Mild floral with hints of berry. Light malt and hops.
M: light body with good carbonation.
O: Quite ddrinkable if your not really in the mood for a beer.
