Pours quite calm, golden with a white head that settles to a thin ring around the snifter.
Nose has sweet bready malts, spicy yeast and herbal hops. Very nice.
Taste is fairly full for a pils. Dark candies, peppery yeast and subtle floral hops.
Nice medium body drinks well but comes off just a bit thick in the finish. One of the best lagers I have ever had. Okocim always does a good job.

Purchased for $2.25 CDN at my local LCBO, Okocim tastes a lot lighter, at 7% ABV, than expected.
Okocim is a pretty straw-colour in my pils glass; the head is small but obstinate and leaves a small amount of lacing.
I am not picking up a lot of action on my nose. Perhaps I am trying it to cold. I will let it open up over the next half hour or so and see what happens.
Okocim is smooth on the palate and tastes, initially, like a pleasant and subtle blend of citrus zest and light honey. It is really rather nice. In fact, it is delicious.
The aftertaste, especially ten minutes after the pour, has a slightly bitter bite that balances nicely with the initial flavours.
This isn't my normal go-to kind of beer for mid-February. But if I like it now, when the temperature is just above 0 C, then I will probably really like it when summer rolls around (if it ever does).
Well done! I will drink Okocim again, for sure.
