Pours straw color with a light bit of head. It has a slight cloudy haze, but still fairly clear.
The smell is light and sweet with a hint of oakiness. Smells a little different from most swiss lagers, like there will be more to this beer.
The taste is sweet and light. It has some yeastiness and a few fruity esters which is untypical for a lager, but nothing too rich and overpowering. The flavor is good, but nothing to hunt this beer down for. If you see it, it is a safe beer with nothing too special about it.

Enjoyed in Zurich
Big pillowy creamy head retains well thanks to streaming bubbles, crystal clear honey tan color, nice thick lacing
Nose plenty of lager malts, straw, raw bread dough, little corn husk, earthy notes, little lager fruity
Taste brings a little doughy straw malt, grain husk, little earthy touch mineral metallic, crisp lager and fruity notes, cracker and corn husk, mild sweet, hint hop bitterness and herbal. Drier hint lager crispness and little sticky
Mouth med to lighter bod, decent carb

500ml brown bottle, sample from the importer.
The head drops down to the thin layer of lacing, does a good job of staying around. Mildly hazed amber hue. Spicy hop, fresh wood, yeast, & nutty grain in the nose. Full malt jacket with a semi-dry palate. A kiss of malty sweetness up front fades and lets the wood and modest hopping balance. Spice and tannin meet earthy and nutty tones. While it stay true to being a lager in many ways the flavor profile walks a different path. Something different for sure, glad I was able to try it.
