Light golden on arrival with a short crown, replaced quickly with moderate ring & lace.
Body is medium as is the carbonation.
Nose is lightly grassy.
The taste has a very nice balance with the advantage and end towards the hops and is dry.
Impressive but thin.

The palest of gold colors did this beer emit. The head was was white and pillowy. The aroma was very light exuding mostly malty notes with some "off" signals. On the palate, this particular ice-cold specimen, had little to offer. A bland malty profile finished off by an even blander hop offering. I didn't not find any of the flavors to be off-putting, but I felt that it was watered-down.

A- Pours a pale yellow color with a thin white foam head. Some lacing left behind.

S- Some residual malt sweetness and dextrin scents. A bit of grain and a touch of caramel.

T- A slight hop bitterness initially with a sweet grain/malt flavor coming through in the finish. Corn husks, barley, and corn flavors are the easiest to detect.

M- Light bodied with a clean feel. Carbonation is moderate.

D- A decent brew that makes for an ok session beer.

Snow white head over predictably extremely pale yellow liquid. The nose is so faint as to be practcally non existant. That which does exist is a very light, faint malt character. The taste is very light bodied with a surprising leafy hop twang...almost akin to a Ballantine xxx ale. It dries out a bit as you swallow, other than that it's a one trick pony here. Good hot weather beer.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into nonic pint glass.

A - Perfectly clear yellow with a finger of white head. The head settles almost as soon as it forms falling to an almost non-existent collar. No lacing.

S - Well, Bohemia at least smells pretty good. Good strong biscuity aroma balanced well with spicy, grassy hops. Simple and clean.

T - Fairly decent stuff. Biscuity flavors head things up with a quick sweetness but move towards a floury/grainy taste. Grass with chive-like accents from the hops take hold late palate with a very mild bitterness and an extremely clean finish. Well balanced overall; the only thing keeping Bohemia from getting a 4 is the restrained character of the (relatively good) flavors at hand.

M - Light bodied, borderline watery, with a somewhat soft carbonation. Obviously this brew was meant to be drank from the bottle in order to retain it's crispness, but this watery, flattish mouthfeel might sort of work in a way. Originally I had this score down at a 2, but now I'm thinking that it might at least be alright. Of course a little more body wouldn't hurt and some degree of crispness is always welcomed in a pilsner, but somehow it's all translating as "smooth" and giving the flavors a great chance to pull through.

D - A decent beer for what it is. Smooth, light, and drinkable, certainly better than a lot of the macros out there. Not my first choice, but far from the worst.

I had decent expectations for this beer because several reading material sources spoke highly of it and I kind of thought it would be one of the better Mexican beers I'd have. Plus I had a fairly difficult time finding it for sale up here in the Northeast so it was kind of a rare treat.

Poured a big 2" head with irregular bubbles which fairly quickly setteled down to just a trace of head. Same clear yellow as the vast majority of American mass produced beers. Taste had malt and was somewhat creamy but otherwise not much happening.

Cool bottle. Forgettable contents.

Poured from a bottle into a Pilsener glass.

Look - pale golden color, clear, with about 2 fingers worth of foam that dissipates somewhat quickly.

Smell - sharp and hoppy smelling. Also a little floral-like.

Taste and Mouthfeel - good taste for a pilsner, a little musky, but not overbearing. Clean taste with a little bite in the finish. The texture is pretty well-balanced.

Overall - not a bad brew, although I'm not a huge fan of Pilseners.

Poured a golden yellow with a light foamy head that dissipated quickly. Bready, light malty aroma, nothing noteworthy. Smooth malty feel and flavor, maybe some breaady flavors with a very faint citrusy finish. Easy to drink but certainly nothing spectacular. If you're looking for Mexican brew it's a nice change from Corona.

The beer poured a nice, clear golden pale with a white head that faded quickly and leaves no lace. The carbonation was up that provides a fiz to it. The aroma wasn't strong but a sweet-corn grain could be noticed. The taste starts out sweet, grain, grass with a touch of corn. Malt and hop are mild. Very drinkable, leaveing the mouth a slight dry feel.

Short stubby brown 12oz glass bottle. Gold neck foil and a slim label in brown, gold and yellow.
Clear straw golden body with low carbonation. White tiny to small bubbled head, low retention and lace.
The smell is bready and lagerish with pale malts and abit of hops.
Slightly peppered grain flavor, not much else going on.
Very light body and a dry finish.
Boring and bland, low drinkability.

From 12 oz. bottle, pours golden clear with a thick, very white head that fades rather quickly. Cinnamon/apple/wheat nose. Wheatish, neutral flavor, rather unimpressive. Watery, bubbly mouth. Good drinkability, with a slightly metallic finish that detracts. A typical “Mexican” beer.

Pale gold color with a white head I think. It disappeared so quick, it's hard to be sure.

The aroma is mild, grainy with a touch of herbal hops.

Light bodied very mild malt flavor with a slight but decent hops kick at the finish.

Nothing special but a decent refreshing beer for hot weather.
