Pours golden with good clarity and lots of shine. Fat head of off white foam that lasts well but does not leave lace. Nose is a perfect clean grain scent with a shy bit of sweetness. No esters from yeast and no hop scents on the nose. Smells like bread from the bakery. Admirable. Taste is good. Creamy body with a slight carbonation. Deep but not rich grain and some a faint sweetness. The beer finishes clean crisp and with a bit of lemon. Very very good. Drinks so easily. Too easily.

Pours out to a thin white head that is permanent and does not lace. Color is medium gold. Aroma presents sweet pale lager malts and noble hops, probably Saaz and/or Hallertauer or the like. Flavor is balanced and on the sweet/malty side of Pils, More like a Czech Pilsner. Finishes with a crisp spicy hop note. Mouthfeel is big for style listed here. In conclusion, Bohemia is trying to capture the essence of both Czech and German Pilseners and does a fine job of it.

Appearance – A gold color, with a thin head that disappears quickly. Has a thin, runny lacing.
Smell –A sweet malty aroma with floral hops and just a light touch of lemon. It’s really nice.
Taste – Similar to the smell, with a touch more hoppiness.
Mouthfeel – Nicely carbonated, crisp, slightly creamy, and smooth.
Drinkability – A very drinkable beer; I always finish the bottle too quickly. This has become one of favorite session beers. Definitely the best I’ve had from Mexico.

Just slightly paler than amber, this beer is on the darkest side of yellow. It maintains a certain clarity, too, translucent but leaning more transparent. The head is a whitish cap reaching half a finger with good retention and somewhat better than decent coverage in terms of lacing.
It's a little grainy underneath, but it does have more Noble hops than I expect. It has a little bit of a peppery bite with some dry grass and a little damp earth. It goes a little sweet on the nose, more so than the tongue, but it's not corn. Malts, after the sweetness, go about medium-dry in the flavor. The finish offers more of a floral note with just a little of the running grains note continuing through.
It's crisp, light-bodied but not watery, and fairly smooth; all said, pretty refreshing. The grains do keep it from being completely clean.
