A: Pretty clear amber with ample carbonation. Foamy head that surprisingly leaves a bit of lacing.

S: Apple juice? Light malt. Not much going on with the bouquet....

T: Light malt. Corn, apple, floral hops. Very light tasting.

M: Thin body. Goes down smoothly with a little tickle from the carbonation.

O: Better than I was expecting. Light and easy. Perfect for a summer day.

Had this at a local Mexican restaurant. Decent and comparable to Yuengling (my favorite mass-produced beer). Here goes:

A: OK, not good or bad. Beer pours a dark brown with a one inch head that quickly dissipates. Very little lacing, too, but not bad.

S: Not that much going on here. Caramel malt is present but it's very light (hardly detectable). No hops or yeast.

T: Good. Presence of burnt caramel malt imparts toasty characteristics. It tastes like a watered-down Yuengling. As I was drinking it I was wishing it was Yuengling instead.

M: Light-bodied; lighter than Yuengling. Slight bready character makes up for the light body somewhat, though. Not bad.

O: OK beer. Would rather have a Yuengling, but not bad.
