Pours very clear light amber, edging toward orange. Very sticky white head. Decent retention, but very nice-looking lacing.
Smells... not so great. Very malty for sure: biscuity/bready, but there is a bit of an unpleasant mustiness to it. Made me think of Heineken.
Tastes similar to the smell, but with less of the bad qualities. Again, malt predominates, but there is a slight bitterness on the tip of the tongue and I can pick up some mild floral hops flavors.
The body of this beer is medium-light, with a good amount of carbonation: not too much, not too little. Very drinkable and hard to dislike, but still somehow not very memorable. I would drink this again if it was offered to me, but I definitely would not seek it out on my own or pay for it. It's really just okay.
