I assume the bottle was fresh since it came from a high volume local shop.

A: Pours a nice medium amber color, very clear and crisp looking with an average just-off-white head that sticks around at least a little. Some minimal lacing sticks to the glass.

S: Some grain and minimal sweet malt, very mild. Neither unappealing or notable.

T: Grainy and slightly bitter adjunct flavor, with some caramel and toasted malts hiding way in the background. You really have to concentrate to find the nice flavors on this one. Decreases rapidly as it warms.

M: A bit watery, even for the style. Some bitterness at the end, but not from hops?

O: Drinkable, but really not anything to spend money on. There are plenty of other inexpensive offerings that taste better than this one (Sam Adams, anyone?).

Pours dark amber with a large, quickly fading white head.
Nose shows caramel and nutty malt, along with vegetal notes. Pretty plain.
Some caramel carries through as a flavour, but otherwise it's pretty boring and very light-on.
Body seems watery.

Beer pours a nice amber color with about 2 fingers worth of off-white head.

Beer smells slightly of caramel but not much there.

Beer tastes very crisp. Roasted grains, slightly grassy flavor.

Beer is very thin and fairly carbonated.

Not a bad Mexican beer.

Appearance - Pours a very dark amber color with a centimeter thick, off-white head that dissipates instantly. Lots of bubbles are rising from the bottom so it looks highly carbonation.. Has some pretty nice lacing.

Smell - The smell is kind of feint, but I detect caramel, toasted malts, and a light sweetness.

Taste - Has a very nice caramel creaminess to it. Along with some toasted malts and a subtle sweetness. Not much else.. it's pretty watery.

Mouthfeel - Light body with high carbonation. Feels kind of creamy after it foams in your mouth.

Overall - A little on the watery side but I love the flavor.
