A: The beer is clear coppery amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that never faded away and left lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are aromas of corn in the nose along with notes of caramel and toasted malts.
T: The taste is a little better than the smell because the corn aromas are subdued; there are flavors of toasted and caramel malts along with some hints of malty sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The beer certainly looks like a Vienna Lager but does not really smell like one, having more of a resemblance to that of an adjunct lager.

A: Pretty bright red amber, very clear. Just a little head that recedes quickly. Doesn't look very carbonated.

S: Crisp clear malts. A little caramel.

T: A lot of sweet tangy malts. A little skunky from the bottle, which is disappointing since I know it tastes much better on tap.

M: Light, very little carbonation. Kind of makes it seem watery.

O: Fantastic amber when you're eating Mexican food and you're at a good restaurant that has it fresh on tap, but it's not nearly as good from a bottle, it seems.

I assume the bottle was fresh since it came from a high volume local shop.

A: Pours a nice medium amber color, very clear and crisp looking with an average just-off-white head that sticks around at least a little. Some minimal lacing sticks to the glass.

S: Some grain and minimal sweet malt, very mild. Neither unappealing or notable.

T: Grainy and slightly bitter adjunct flavor, with some caramel and toasted malts hiding way in the background. You really have to concentrate to find the nice flavors on this one. Decreases rapidly as it warms.

M: A bit watery, even for the style. Some bitterness at the end, but not from hops?

O: Drinkable, but really not anything to spend money on. There are plenty of other inexpensive offerings that taste better than this one (Sam Adams, anyone?).
