Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass.
Appearance: a 2" foamy white head drops slowly leaving a bit of lacing. Color is clear pale straw with moderate streaming bubbles.
Aroma: pretty typical adjunct lager aroma --corn, some white bread dough, a mild hop presence
Mouthfeel: light and a little slick, average carbonation with a dry, fairly abrupt finish.
Flavor: mild combination of corn sweetness, some grain husks, white bread, a slight paperiness and a hint of hops in the middle and finish.
Overall: nothing outstanding but not offensive either. Should pair well with spicy food.

Great taste, attractive design. One of oldest Mexican beer full of history and tradition from German founders. Full of tsar and refreshing, most of people in USA like to introduce a lime in the bottle, not necessary at all. perfect companion for beef, strongly recommended.
