I usually don't write reviews from beers that I try at a restaurant but this one I will because I don't think that I missed anything.
I tried this at Old Chicago as part of their Cinco de Mayo mini tour
A-bright yellow with a very fluffy white head that fades quickly with no lacing
S-not much smell at all except for a faint corn/grain presence
T-much like the smell, not much there except maybe a hint of corn
M-thin and watery
O-fizzy, yellow and wet not that good if you are looking for flavor. Mexican version of BMC just another macro brew

A good hot weather thirst quencher. And that's how I based my rating. If I rated this as a fall or winter weather beer, it'd get a lower rating from me.
Normally, I prefer a nice Pale Ale or IPA (SNPA or Dogfish Head 60 or 90 Minute IPA). But when it's hot out, I like having a lighter tasting beer. I'll usually have a few Sols with a slice of lime after tennis matches. Yes, I know a beer that needs a lime isn't worthy to be called a good beer .... but this beer is very refreshing, somewhat sweet, and goes down very smoothly when it's hot and the match is over.
Appearance - a golden yellow, like Corona. Some fizz, but not much of a head.
Smell - it's OK as lighter Mexican beers go. Similar but a little better than Corona as smells go.
Taste - a fairly light beer in terms of taste, a slightly sweet corn malt taste. It's refreshing on hot summer days or on the beach.
Mouthfeel - very smooth, light on the tongue and the mouth.
Overall - as summer Mexican beers go, it's a good choice. Especially for those who have guests who tend to stick with the typical Bud or Miller Light beers.

12oz bottle at Old Chicago
Nondescript looking pale yellow with some pure white suds. Smell is very light grain, corn, maybe some lemon. Taste is similar, very Corona-y: adjunct corn/rice, a little grain/yeast, maybe a touch of lemon(hops?). Light on the mouth as well as the tongue.
Not something I'd seek out again. Even considering the style, the flavor is lacking.

Pretty non-descriptive beer.Standard yellow-gold very clear appearance. Poured with minimal head, although the mug was chilled.
Tight aroma with a little sulfur and soft yeast character.
Flavor tended more towards doughy and bready character. Hops only for balancing - hard to detect at all.
Carbonation was very soft, but rather too much. Quite fizzy and filling.
Rather unremarkable and standard. Went fine with meal, but then it was made to.
