Light aroma and color, with a short white head. Not much lacing, but good retention of a thin layer of foam.
The brew is a very slightly hazy straw yellow color, with a smattering of random, slowly rising bubbles.
First sip reveals a decently-hopped lager that is mellowed by cereal grains and biscuit or bread flavors. Well-developed carbonation in the mouth, with a nice rush of foam leaving a bit of peppery acidity mingled with hop bitterness in the finish.
Easy to drink and a good session beer.
