Notes/Commercial Description:
Fire Rock Pale Ale is crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt.Hood hops added to each brew.

Bottle from a six pack. This pours a light copper orange with small white head. Smells fruity, tropical, with some caramel from the malt. Taste of pineapple, not much hop bite, slightly sweet on the palate. Pretty decent goes down easy with medium carbonation and relatively light mouthfeel. Solid summer beer, but not the bite I was hoping for.

A-honey colored with a nice cream colored head

S-aged grains and creaminess. Some tropical fruits. Faint scent overall

T-comes in with an extremely, extremely smooth taste of light hops and tropical fruit flavors. The taste pretty much ends there. No bitterness. Just a touch of jungle fruit remains.

M-medium to low creamy carbonation with a semi-creamy finish

O-not exactly what I want from my pale ales. It's a bit too fruity. It's not a terrible beer, but this is quite girly for an APA. The flavors are fairly watery as well. Even tastes somewhat adjunct. I like a lot of Kona beers but this was a let down.

What we have here is a good basic beer. Color is copper with a smallish white head and some carbonation.Aroma is light but balanced with sweet caramel malts and a citrusy hop smell.
Tasty yes but nothing to write home about. A densent malt bill bready and grainy mabe and hops having a lighter citrus taste.
This is a drinkable standard for the masses beer and there's nothing wrong with that.
