11.2 oz bottle no date into a Becker glass.
L: SRM 2-3 Pours clear medium dark gold caramel with a fizzy eggshell white head that moves fast down to edge foam, good steady carbo bubbles, very little to no lacing.
S: Malts, a dash of hops, a hint of pastry dough.
T: Lightly sweet caramel malts, a light hop zing, a touch of grassiness, background pastry dough, light grains, light fruit, muted zest in the finish.
F: Lightly bright then a smooth medium bodied feel with a round middle and a lightly drying medium fast finish.
O: Easy to drink and good tasting. Refreshing and is like a premium German or Dutch beer. Has more body than most lighter lagers. Good balance of sweet & bitter. I like its feel. It is good in its style.

Bottle purchased and drank at China Chilcano in Washington, DC.
This one pours a clear golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells floral and grainy, and not much else.’
You would not be able to tell this one apart from most other mass market lagers on the continent. It’s certainly on par with the average ones. Floral crisp bitterness plays alongside vaguely sweet maltiness. It’s all well balanced with no distinct off flavors – tastes relatively fresh at least.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and very drinkable.
This was pretty enjoyable, but not exactly blazing any new trails.

12 ounce can into a chilled pint glass at a Peruvian restaurant in Miami, FL.
This non-offensive accompaniment for ceviche is exactly on point and deserves 5 stars.
As a stand alone entity, it’s ‘just a beer’. Easy drinking, plain, low to mid carbonation, grainy, grassy. It’s OK.,.

Bottle pour into a tulip glass.
Amber gold appearance with a fizzy quickly receding head producing no lacing whatsoever. Grass, scallion, cracker. Light body and carbonation. Forgettable.

This pours with a golden-tan color. Foam dissipates quickly, leaving an earthy sort of hop aroma. The sip is similar, although largely inoffensive, with a clean finish.

There is no date on the bottle. The pour is straw colored with a fair amount of carbonation. The taste is light bodied & crisp. In addition to, I'm getting some baked biscuit, corn, & mild caramel. Oh well, it was good to try a beer from Peru. Cheers! C

330 ml bottle, from the very limited foreign beer bar at the Darlington Spring Thing Beer Festival. ABV is 5%. Pale golden colour, low white head. Sweetish but not unpleasant aroma of maize, hints of floral hops. The flavour is fairly crisp and dry, but the hops are too moderate.

Drunk at Wampu Peruvian restaurant in Madrid (Spain). 330 ml bottle poured into a glass.
Look: clear, dark golden color with a one finger, foamy white head. Leaves traces.
Smell: grainy and grassy smell. Spicy, also.
Taste: Semidry taste. Malty taste. Nicely balanced.
Feel: not a lot of carbonation. Drinks quite smoothly.
Overall: it is nice.

Pours amber, 2 fingers of head. Smell is sweet, banana, bready. The mouthfeel is smooth and flavor is bitter at the front of the tongue ending in sweet at the back of the tongue. Nice balance of hops and malt here.

Pour is a nice clear amber color with one finger of white head. Lots of visible carbonation.
Aroma is straight lager white bread and biscuit notes. Slightly sweet egg white smell. Kind of like a meringue.
Taste is sweet malts. Getting the white bread and biscuit also. A bit of dried stone fruit coming through with just a hint of sweet in that area. Getting a bit of bitter in the center of the taste.
Mouth feel is at the very bottom of the medium scale. With a bit of lingering history of the taste.
I am so glad I was able to find this beer and give it a spin. Overall the beer is not bad at all. By no stretch of the means. I just see this beer pairing so well with some thing like some nice fish or shrimp and fries. Somehow I picture this paired with food. I feel this is a beer better served chilled as well. Okay simple thoughts but really if you can find it try it. I only spent about $7.50 for a pretty darn fresh six pack here in Las Vegas at a local Mexican Market. Cheers!
