From the tap at the brewery, served in a straight sided UK style bar pint glass.
Poured a clear golden with a nice white head, good retention, slowly settled into a thin sudsy sticky lace.
Aroma of bready malts and a light citrus and pronounced floral hop notes.
Abundant carbonation made for a crisp, light bodied mouthfeel.
Great tasting, and refreshing, malty with a lemon citrus, a subtle spiciness and a dryish finish, very drinkable.
Serving type: on-tap

12oz bottle in a pint glass.
Appearance: Pale, hazy golden color. Lingering white head.
Aroma: Slightly crisp, nothing strong.
Taste: Bitter, slightly metallic, zesty.
Mouthfeel: Medium light, and refreshing.
Overall: I'm not sure how it compares to a canonical kolsch but it is drinkable.
