Pours out a hazy orange amber with a creamy lightly tan head that drops to a layer. pretty nice lacing.
Smell. Hoppy notes of lemon and lime citrus, and is a little tart.
Taste. Hops stay through and are an average level for an apa. Flavor stays with the citrus, like lemon peel. I wish i could say more, but that is the only flavor i get.
Mouthfeel. Body is on the lighter side of medium and is refreshing. Good amount of carbonation and good balance.
Overall, a tasty apa, but I don't get anything from it that really stands out. I do have to say, I find nothing wrong with it, as it has a good level of hop bitterness but is not by any means overwhelming...just a solid example of what i think an apa should taste.

Bottled 5/29/13. So over a year old, should probably not review this, but it was surprisingly good! Purchased as part of a mixed six at Liquor Outlet Wine Cellars in Boonton New Jersey on June 25th 2014.
Poured from the 12 oz. bottle into a Tree House tulip.
a: Slightly hazy amber with a finger thick white head which receded to thick surface foam and dense lacing.
s: Bready malt and slight fruit.
t: Moderate bready malt under a medium hop bite. Bitterness lingers at first but mellows later. Sweet to dry finish
m; Medium with very good body and smoothness. Some carbonation tingle.
o: A surprisingly tasty Pale, well balanced and satisfying. Very sippable. One of the best American style pale ales I have had. Perhaps aging this actually helps it.
