A: Nice black color with a 1 finger head.
S: Ver weak smell (note the born on date is 8 months ago - but I don't expect too much fading on a stout). Slight booze smell and malt. Not much else.
T: Surprising turnaround. There is a nice roasted malt flavor. I haven't looked up the ABV - but I am not getting much alcohol.
M: Smooth and creamy like I always want out of an Oatmeal stout. A nice coating feeling and a very slight hint of carbonation.
O: This is a very decent stout that I could drink more than one of. I saw this on the shelf and noticed it was ~8 months old (Bravo to Schlafly for prominently and easily labeling their beers right on the label). But I took a chance on it because I LOVED their coffee stout. This is decent - not the same caliber as the coffee stout but a solid offering.

Appearance (3.75) : In a glass, very dark with a tan / pale white head.
Smell (4.50) : A very oaty, full smell. Really enjoyed the smell right out of the park, you can almost smell every ingredient included in the beer - including the raisins.
Taste (4.00) : Not the best oatmeal stout ever, but pretty good. Very dark taste to it, but not as complex as I would prefer. Regardless, very very good taste.
Mouthfeel (3.00) : Had a strange feel to it initially, though I admit the feel will grow on you, I was not too pleased with the initial flavor. On the up-side, it was incredibly smooth and drinkable.
Overall (4.00) : All together, I liked this beer a lot and will be a return customer. Even with my distaste of the initial mouthfeel, I really did enjoy this beer.

On tap at the Tap House in St. Louis. Served in a taster.
Appearance - Black with ruby flecks in the light. Sticky lacing after a small off-white head settles to a thick collar.
Smell - Roasted malt. Oatmeal. Sharp aroma from the oatmeal.
Taste - Dry roasted coffee malt. Oatmeal flavor comes up after. Oatmeal lingers into a bitter roasty finish. The oatmeal lends a sharp flavor here as well.
Mouthfeel - Medium light body. Well carbonated.
Overall - It's not exciting. Decent flavor. Nothing offensive.
