Wow. WOW!
A: Hazy, burnt orange, decent head.
S: Incredible citrus! Orange, grapefruit.
T: Big orange & grapefruit. Good backbone of wheat & some malt. A bit of yeast is picked up also.
M: Medium body, good carbonation.
D: Killed the growler in quick fashion. This is one of those beers that I find it tough to put the glass down, highly quaffable. This beer is like Gumballhead, or new Glarus Crack'd Wheat on steroids. I'm not a huge hophead, but, this beer is just fantastic!

A: A cloudy, straw color beer. Everything you would expect from a wheat beer.
S: Lots of floral citrusy aroma upfront almost perfumy but not overpowering.
T: Starts very citrusy that is quite refreshing but not overpowering which balances well with wheat maltiness and spices.
M: A light bodied beer with medium light carbonation with citrus flavor bouncing off the tongue. Yummy!
D: You can't get tired of this. Simply an outstanding creation from Drew Huerter, the brewer behind this beer. He is one of the most creative and innovative brewers in the St. Louis area. This is one of the BEST wheat beers I have had.

Had at the Taproom 7/7
A: This beer pours a cloudy pale yellow with a one finger of white, creamy head. Head retains nicely, leaving nice ample lacing on the glass.
S: Nose is incredibly hoppy for a wheat beer. Big grapefruit, citrus notes with mild wheat undertones.
T: Taste is big juicy grapefruit at the forefront but is quickly evened out by nice mild wheat, and hints of yeast. Finish has another big blast of hops, though more along the floral notes this time.
M: Light body, medium carbonation, light and crisp.
D: This is definitely a beer that is brewed more hop forward than most wheat beers. However it is damn tasty and goes down very easily. I like the more hop forwarness of this wheat beer.
