Poured from bottle. Clean gold, mid to high carbonation. Nice clean malt and grass on nose. Taste is crisp and clear, sweet, grassy and floral. Feel is refreshing and effervescent. Good Helles.

Pours a clear, pale golden coloration with a large, foamy head and visible carbonation. Smells of doughy malt and grassy hops, with just a hint of citrus also coming through. Taste is an excellent balance of doughy, slightly grainy malt and grassy, slightly floral hops, with hints of lemon zest also coming through. Finishes rather crisp, with a light bitterness and some grassy hops and lemon zest lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth, soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Quite a crisp and clean Helles with a distinct hoppiness to it that is supported very well by a soft malts, with the two working together very harmonious here, while the mouthfeel is just phenomenal. Overall, the crisp character and expressive grassy and citrussy hops make for a very refreshing and enjoyable drinking experience here, with the soft mouthfeel leaving a distinct impression. One of the finest examples of the style that I've ever had for sure.

Pours a bright golden color, with a huge, foamy head.
Smells of rock sugar enriched wheat, together with an additional dose of wheat and dried leaves.
Has a light, perfectly balanced mouthfeel, producing a late, dryness accompanying effervescence.
Tastes of bread dough, hay, rustic wheat and a present, yet subtle dried herbs hop appearance. Leans heavier on the hops then, with just a light, bready maltiness and an uprising, soft carbonation taking care about balancing this. Finishes with soft, almost creamy wheat, a touch of toffee and prevailing, lighter hops.
This got to be one of the best Helles out there. It is drinking chugable easy, while providing a fantastic rustic, depth. Even its mouthfeel is unusually thick and creamy, making this utmost enjoyable.

Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is bready and grainy with a light lemony note. Taste is also a bit lemony with a bit of sourdough and fermented grain. Light bitterness on the finish. Medium to light body, easy drinking and refreshing.

500ml bottle. Mindestens haltbar bis: 19.01.12.
It pours into my Riegle mug a light yellowish-gold with a foamy white head that leaves some decent lacing.
The smell is nicely hopped. It has some herbal scents and some citrus.
The flavor unfortunately fails to deliver somewhat. It is mild with a slight hop and malt flavor. The hops come in after a few drinks but there is also an odd off-flavor which doesn’t go away.
It is ok.
