Came to be with a nice dark amber color with a milky white head that left a nice sexy lace behind. A medium body with carmel toasted malt was well difined. Hops are a little to strong for an amber but overall it was a nice brew.

Presentation: Pint glass from cask.
Appearance: Clear, amber-red colored beer with very nice, smooth white foam that lasted a while and left some lace.
Smell: Very, very faint smell of malt and floral hops.
Taste: Very smooth, creamy, slightly sweet, with good balance and a nice hop finish.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, clean, soft, but a tad thin on the body.
Drinkability: Good, smooth, easy to drink. Fairly hopped for this class.

This was the first bier Brewer Greg Ouellette brewed when he took over at Martha's late last year... It has a nice, deep copper/amber color, with a small, fine, fast-fading
head which leaves some decent lace. The nose had mild whiffs of malt, but way too subdued. Held it's own in the mouthfeel department: medium body, and passed nicely over the tongue. Very enjoyable flavors, especially after a bit of global warming... Medium malt notes, with some caramel....a nice transition to a smooth, mildly fruity hop finish. Quite a nice session bier! Prosit!!
